Garena is looking for an clips/video content planner focused on gaming, with knowledge in mobile games, esports tournaments and digital platforms. More particularly, has strong interests in video surfing and creating. This content planner role will be in charge of all the in-game/in-platform clips planning. An ideal candidate should have plenty ideas and strong executive capacity in clip arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the production of clip editors on a day to day basis, ensure deadlines are met
• Evaluate each category’s clip content performance, improve the content direction and quality of clips
• Capture the trend in and out BOOYAH app to provide suggestions for content creation
• Source, onboard and manage new clip talents to scale up content production
• Work closely with both in-house and outsourced video editors to create excellent in-product clip flow

Qualifications

• At least 1+ years working experience in Internet-related areas, proficient in English and local language
• Familiar with local culture, custom, and trend in the clip content
• Great communication skills, teamwork spirit and responsible in task delivery
• Creative in new ideas and sensitive to social entertainment hot spots
• Passionate about the gaming/ short video industry
• Heavy user of video creating platforms or an internet geek is a plus
