## Description

### Responsibilities

- Developing and implementing revenue strategies, including in-game sales, promotions and pricing strategies
- Regularly report, monitor and analyze key revenue metrics
- Design revenue forecasts and drive revenue performance to achieve business targets
- Oversee operations of the in-game store, including content updates and promotional activities
- Conceptualize and execute new revenue events to boost revenue metrics
- Execute revenue plans effectively through collaboration with stakeholders and internal teams
- Gather comprehensive feedback from local users and develop a strong understanding of their needs and preferences

### Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a finance, business, engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in revenue forecasting and management or equivalent, preferably from gaming industry
- Proficient in analyzing large datasets and extracting key insights to build revenue strategies
- Solution-oriented mindset with a strong ability to make data-driven decisions and solve problems effectively
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple revenue-related projects effectively
- Fluent in one of the local language in India, preferably Hindi, to effectively engage with local players
- Strong passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the gaming ecosystem
