As our Online Marketing Specialist, you will be in charge of the launch and optimization of game products on mainstream advertising platforms such as Facebook and Google. You are required to work closely with the team to produce various advertising creatives that are catered to our different gaming audiences.

Job Description

  • Plan and execute online marketing campaigns that fulfill publishing objectives such as new user acquisition and churned user reacquisition.

  • Formulate the placement plans for advertising media and perform an analysis of the placement results.

  • Work with the creative team to generate and optimize the various kinds of advertising creatives based on the ads’ performance

  • Optimize the advertising strategies based upon quantitative analysis on the effectiveness of different advertising channels and media.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university. Degree in Digital Marketing preferred.

  • 1 to 6 years of working experience in online marketing and high familiarity with online advertising platforms like Facebook, Google, and etc.

  • Highly passionate about games. Gaming-related industry experience is highly preferred.

  • Fluent in English, proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to deal with Chinese-speaking counterparts.

  • Good at user research and able to understand users from a psychological perspective.

  • Excel at data analysis and able to draw conclusions with a business mindset.

  • Certificates in Google Ads and Facebook Ads are a plus.

  • An in-depth understanding of the local market in the Philippines and Malaysia is a plus.
