## Description

Shared Game Services (SGS) provides core platform services to all games published by Garena. Services include but not limited to authentication, payment, and mobile SDK.

We are a dedicated and passionate team of product managers and engineers committed to building a platform that is scalable and robust for high volume, while ensuring reliable and localized user experience for our users. We’re looking for a product manager to join us, to explore, execute, iterate, and deliver services for users around the world.

### Responsibilities

- Partner with business and engineering stakeholders to translate business requirements into product strategy and clear specifications; lead end-to-end design and delivery of key payment capabilities in Mshop and in-game revenue features.
- Drive cross-team alignment to address dependencies, resolve issues, and incorporate feedback from partner teams.
- Own routine SGS PM operations, including supporting projects at different publishing stages, monitoring and troubleshooting alerts, supporting major game events, and managing incident/emergency response to ensure service stability.

### Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience driving product shaping from discovery to launch, with demonstrated business impact and user outcomes (e.g., revenue lift, conversion improvement, reduced payment friction).
- Strong product execution fundamentals: PRD writing, requirement clarification, prioritization, delivery tracking, and risk management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams; able to influence and align under ambiguity.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operations-heavy environment; hands-on in troubleshooting and incident coordination.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and logical thinking skills.
- Team-oriented, with a strong willingness to learn.
