You serve as a bridge between our data and business goals, providing deep insights for making business decisions. Besides, you are also the listener to our players, ensuring that their needs are being attended to.

Job Description

• Manage and grow an official Discord channel.
• Provide engaging copywriting for social media accounts.
• English to Tagalog translation, proof-reading and QA for the game.
• Providing constructive feedback on important issues based on experience and data from the community.
• Build and maintain relationships with gamers and community leaders.
• Drive content creator community programs.
• Communicating with the team for any creative initiatives and ideas to improve the overall community.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree holder from reputable universities in Marketing, Business or relevant fields.
• 1 - 3 years of working experience in marketing, social media management, and community development.
• Experience in running social media communities or gaming forums.
• Understand local market trends.
• Proficient in both English and Tagalog (both verbal and writing).
• Excellence in communication and networking skills.
• Able to empathize with different stakeholders.
• Passion for games or experience in the gaming industry is a must.
