We are looking for a passionate Junior Researcher to integrate our CMI team with emphasis on design, monitoring and research projects execution.

This role will be leading the mission of to undertake collaborative research and assist on varied aspects of research strategy within the Consumer / Market Insights area. This role should also demonstrate comfort about working with a wide range of stakeholders and functional teams.

Our ideal candidate should be a young and enthusiastic professional in the Market Research industry with a proven experience by executing operational tasks of research projects, especially quantitative and ‘ad hoc’ scopes. Must prove confidence in conducting mainly the basic operational processes of a research project, such as questionnaire development, scripting, fieldwork collection, materials preparation, monitoring and reporting of outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • To independently undertake advanced research in the relevant discipline area using, or developing, the appropriate methods together with the project leader / manager;
  • To execute the production of high-quality research reports as required by the leaders;
  • To promote activities designed to develop collaborative research with research colleagues and support staff internally;
  • To participate in relevant meetings associated with the research project or related activities, as well as bringing innovative ideas or solutions to project and product leaders;.
  • Autonomy in the execution of operational research processes (questionnaire design, scripting, and report preparation);

Required Qualifications:

  • BA in Advertising, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, PR, Psychology, Philosophy, Consumer Behavior, Statistics or a related discipline;
  • Minimum of 1-2 years professional work experience executing projects in reputed research agencies, consultancies and/or bureaus;
  • Writing and Speaking Proficiency in English;
  • Satisfactory applied research experience, especially in Quantitative scopes;
  • Excellent understanding of basic concepts and market research fundamentals (statistical significance, questionnaire logics and consistencies, coding, data processing, etc.)
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills working at an international level;
  • Proven problem solving and management skills;
  • A clear commitment to contributing to the research environment and producing high quality research outputs;
  • Ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced work environment and react positively under pressure;
  • To be a gamer or passionate about the gaming universe;
  • Self-starter;
  • Ability to work well within a team;
  • Attention to detail.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience of working for international/global companies and/or clients;
  • Experience of using ‘do it yourself’ tools for programming, scripting surveys;
  • Experience of developing major national/international research projects and bringing them to a successful conclusion;
  • Knowledge of some statistical techniques and concepts (statistical tests and proper usage, etc.);
  • Experience working for media, entertainment, consumer products or technology clients or projects;
  • Ability to gather and present research findings

  • Theoretical, technical, and statistical concepts translated into actionable reports;
  • Volume of projects monthly;
  • Manage time effectively to meet tight and aggressive deadlines;
  • Comply with quality procedures through minimum data errors and no rework on end-to-end processes;
