We are seeking a talented and driven Advertising Sales & Partnerships Manager with strong sales and people skills. Successful candidates must be self-driven, motivated, and willing to strive to find leads and close deals through.

Role definition

The Sales Manager is accountable for growth of the GAMURS Group revenue streams through effective outreach, relationship management, and sales transactions. The right candidate will strive to deliver their monthly and quarterly sales milestones and revenue objectives. Ideal candidates are natural network builders who will expand the brand of GAMURS across the esports and gaming spaces.

Who you are

  • An avid gamer
  • Fluent in English
  • Effective communicator
  • Self-driven, motivated, and confident
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in sales
  • A history of exceeding quotas
  • CRM experience
  • Web and Digital advertising experience. Social media experience is a plus!
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • An Esports industry based network

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop a sales and relationship pipeline of potential customers
  • Develop and formulate a strategy to effectively close all customers
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets by maintaining a clear pipeline
  • Utilize company processes relevant to revenue generation and outreach for current and future clients
  • Achieve and exceed individual revenue and profit objectives
  • Work closely with leadership team to execute upon sold campaigns
  • Monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary to create sustainable growth
  • Contributes to team effort by sharing knowledge and information
  • Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; and establishing personal networks.
