Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee relations to maintain a safe, professional, and enjoyable work environment.
  • Deliver company programs, policies, and procedures and advise and provide appropriate resolutions with employees for any comments, questions, or concerns. Systematically review these processes to make recommendations to continually meet evolving business needs and enhance company culture.
  • Drive local employee engagement and oversee company initiatives to elevate internal and external communication. Act as an empowered, agile, accountable, and innovative change agent. Translate external business trends into internal organization actions.
  • Sustain reliability with clients by providing insight on HR-related or broader business issues.
  • Maintain trust and credibility with employees as their point of contact for HR matters. Provide guidance and support for employees to foster longevity.
  • Ensure that the company is in compliance with all regulations. Oversee and enact policies, procedures, and guidelines that align with legal and ethical conduct.
  • Exude professionalism and proficiency through all written and verbal communications.
  • Have an exemplary track record of ethical decision-making skills and exhibit a strong moral compass.
  • Coordinate the on-boarding process of employees as well as introduce new hires to the company through orientation to provide information, resources, and assistance with their transition.
  • Professionally administer employee separations and provide all necessary materials and assistance with the off-boarding process.
  • Execute all necessary processes for payroll, time, and benefits and act as the point of contact to facilitate effective employee utilization and understanding.
  • Support HR leadership with projects related to Mobility HQ, including training and development, compensation analysis, onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement and relations.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of management experience in a fast-paced environment; start-up experience preferred.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts
  • Ability to lead teams and create processes with limited to no supervision
  • Previous experience working with and supporting cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed
  • Prior experience in Gaming or Media Entertainment field is a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
