We are looking for a highly motivated Windows System Administrator (d/f/m) who will join our team in Hamburg. The ideal candidates will be flexible, enthusiastic, and innovative with good understanding of Windows client and Server environments with at least 2 years of relevant experience.


  • Responsibility for the administration, configuration and support of Windows client and Server systems,

  • Continuous improvement of current processes and systems based (but not limited to) Microsoft 365, Endpoint Manager and AzureAD,

  • Maintaining Active Directory hosted in a Windows Server environment.

  • Provide support in person and/or remotely to resolve client and user related issues

  • Create and maintain online documentation for client/server/cloud environment

  • Recommend improvements to streamline and enhance overall IT support


  • 2 years of experience with Windows client and Server systems

  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Endpoint Manager(Intune), AzureAD and Office 365

  • Knowledge of Active Directory.

  • Scripting skills (Powershell)

  • Understanding of TCP, IP and other network protocols.

  • Good knowledge of DNS, DHCP

  • Good written and spoken English skills

  • German/EU work permit


  • College diploma/University degree in IT or comparable qualification

  • Experience with Mac OS X

  • Understanding of Wifi management, Routing, Subnetting and Virtualisation

  • Experience with mobile device management / Tablets and mobile Phones (iOS/Android)

  • Experience with cloud automation and monitoring solutions

  • Experience with Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence

  • Understanding of game environments/development
