For our location in Shanghai we are looking for a Publisher Manager - Shanghai (m/f/d) for the Media Elements Group at the earliest opportunity.
Role
- You manage a portfolio of publishers that are located in Asia Pacific region including China, Japan and Korea but not limited to
- You are responsible for ensuring and improving service level provided to publishers accounts
- You are first point of contact for our publishers and work with them to connect the advertiser campaigns with supply side
- Support the preparation of performance business reviews and presentations for our clients
- You represent the company within our group and towards the general public, participating in conference and meeting clients
- You are a major part in supply strategy forming, you play a key part in ME Mobileβs growth and activities
- You design and optimize processes and workflows
- Act as a Knowledge pillar to represent our publisher requirements internally
- You work with other teams in supply related project and processes improvement - also on global level
- You cooperate with BI and tech teams in product development and roll out
Experience
- Previous work experience for 1-2 years in business development and/or publisher management in mobile marketing is preferred
- Minimum bachelor degree in business management or equivalent
- Ambition to grow in your role as an publisher manager over a longer time-frame
- Good understanding of the smartphone (iOS/Android) and mobile marketing landscape is a plus
- Native level Mandarin skill, understandable communication skill in English.
- Very strong social and relationship building skills and a smart negotiator
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Pro-active personality, a team player
- Creativity and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
