THE HERO (D/F/M) WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a Junior Technical Product Operator (d/f/m) to join our team in Berlin or Hamburg at the earliest opportunity in Fulltime/Part-time.

YOUR QUESTS

  • Organization and realization of patch QA sessions

  • Reviewing quality assurance of patches and preparing internal patch notes for the game teams

  • Reviewing bug reports from the game teams/community and filing organized/detailed bug reports to the developers

  • Executing game maintenances with Jenkins and performing maintenance QA

  • Troubleshooting technical issues in cooperation with game developers/SysOps

  • Updating and maintaining game processes/documentation

  • Support with the creation of test flows for patch testing

  • Reviewing quality assurance of patches and preparing internal patch notes for the game teams

  • Coordinating localization requests for game content with the localization department

  • Support with the implementation of localization files into the game and identifying missing strings to request them from the developers

YOUR GEAR

  • Experience in or passion for MMO online games

  • Proficiency in English

  • Ability to work with tight deadlines and execute several tasks simultaneously

  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced industry

  • Organized, meticulous, passionate, and with a keen attention to details

  • Team player with a proactive and positive attitude

BONUS POINTS FOR

  • Experience with any of the following is a plus: Jira, Confluence, SQL, Microsoft Excel and previous game QA/LQA knowledge (creation/execution of test cases, bug reporting, regression…).

  • Any additional language (German/French/Spanish) is a plus

  • Experience with databases (MySQL)

  • Experience with software containers (Docker)

  • Basic knowledge in server administration (Linux)

  • Basic knowledge in programming with script languages (PHP, Python, Perl, Shellscript)
