WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

To enhance our team at our location in Berlin (preferred) or Hamburg, we are looking for a Community Manager (m/f/d) - Mobile to join at the earliest opportunity.

YOUR TASKS

  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and demands
  • Moderate and create content for social media channels
  • Report and create detailed reports from community feedback
  • Write and translate compelling error-free texts to increase player participation
  • Maintain a fun and cooperative gaming community
  • Support the Product Manager regarding the execution of sales and other tasks
  • Create game knowledge bases to share information throughout the company
  • Support the QA team when needed
  • Record gameplay video (mobile or emulator)

REQUIREMENTS

  • You have very good written and spoken English skills for internal and external communication
  • Ability to handle difficult customers in a polite, professional manner
  • Experience in growing or moderating an online community
  • Able to summarize and sort out community feedbacks
  • Team player with a pro-active attitude
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics
  • Creative thinking skills

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Passion for RPG/Strategy/Turn-based/Mid-core mobile games
  • Experience answering reviews on Google Play Console and App Store Connect
  • Experience with Photoshop or other image editor softwares
  • Fluent in one of the following extra languages is a plus (Spanish, French, German)
  • Interest for the iOS and Android ecosystems
  • Experience recording and commenting videos
  • Experience in using JIRA/Confluence/Fandom
