WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
To enhance our team at our location in Berlin (preferred) or Hamburg, we are looking for a Community Manager (m/f/d) - Mobile to join at the earliest opportunity.
YOUR TASKS
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and demands
- Moderate and create content for social media channels
- Report and create detailed reports from community feedback
- Write and translate compelling error-free texts to increase player participation
- Maintain a fun and cooperative gaming community
- Support the Product Manager regarding the execution of sales and other tasks
- Create game knowledge bases to share information throughout the company
- Support the QA team when needed
- Record gameplay video (mobile or emulator)
REQUIREMENTS
- You have very good written and spoken English skills for internal and external communication
- Ability to handle difficult customers in a polite, professional manner
- Experience in growing or moderating an online community
- Able to summarize and sort out community feedbacks
- Team player with a pro-active attitude
- Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics
- Creative thinking skills
NICE TO HAVE:
- Passion for RPG/Strategy/Turn-based/Mid-core mobile games
- Experience answering reviews on Google Play Console and App Store Connect
- Experience with Photoshop or other image editor softwares
- Fluent in one of the following extra languages is a plus (Spanish, French, German)
- Interest for the iOS and Android ecosystems
- Experience recording and commenting videos
- Experience in using JIRA/Confluence/Fandom
