We're looking for a writer to join Gamezo's fast-growing team. You will be keeping our audience up-to-date on the latest stories in gaming. The ideal candidate will have an expansive understanding of the gaming industry and be able to research efficiently.
Everything from Twitch personalities to new game releases will be in your scope of coverage.
Compensation
Freelance contract with a rate of 3¢ per word. Articles typically range between 800 ($24) to 2,000 words ($60).
Responsibilities
- Using platforms like Google Trends and Reddit to source stories
- Conducting research and fact-checking on the topic
- Meeting deadlines without compromising quality
Requirements
- Experience writing in a professional manner (preferably about video games)
- Able to effectively research topics
- Broad knowledge of various video games
