Do you want to be at the heart of Games Workshop’s internal product communications? Do you have the written and verbal communication skills required to keep your colleagues informed about upcoming releases, all the time?

We’re looking for a new Product Information Assistant to join the Digital & Community team to help make sure our communications are always on point.

Every Warhammer product we release is backed up by great internal information – it’s the bedrock of how we communicate upcoming releases around the company and in this role you’ll be seeking out essential details and compiling it into a format that suits the needs of your colleagues around the business. Every area of Games Workshop relies on this function, so you’ll need to be organised to make sure you never miss a detail or a deadline. In this role, the facts matter – we owe it to our customers to be right, all the time!

You’ll also need buckets of tenacity and a willingness to chase down the facts, however small they might seem. You’ll also need fantastic communication skills, and the confidence to ask questions of stakeholders at every level within Games Workshop.

Reporting to the Marketing Sales Support Manager you’ll spend your days keeping track of upcoming releases across the entire Warhammer portfolio, meet with product developers across the company to learn the facts, and then build detailed (and unerringly accurate) product summary sheets for use across the business. You’ll also participate in product presentations, by providing key information across Games Workshop.

If successful in this role, you will become the go-to person for all the information about our new products and how we will be launching and supporting them – a vital part of Games Workshop’s ongoing success.

The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge and understanding of Warhammer with proven communication skills, both written and verbal. You will have great attention to detail be comfortable at working at pace combined with great questioning skills to tease out the right information.
