Do you want to deliver accurate and insightful digital reporting to help improve our fast moving marketing and sales channels? Are you excited about using data led analysis and understanding to support an ambitious business?

You will be based in the new Insights and Analytics function for marketing and ecommerce channels. You will have a passion for data and critical thinking and the ability to identify opportunities to increase sales volumes and customer satisfaction.

You will have the skills to develop a data led understanding of the market Games Workshop operates within. You will be able to present informed recommendations to help the business strengthen and increase profitability.

Your role will be to support the analytics function of the marketing team. You will work closely with the Digital Insights Manager to deliver our insights agenda. You will provide digital analytics data that help Games Workshop meet our growth targets.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Tracking and monitoring key areas of digital channel performance.
  • Gathering and reporting detailed and accurate analytics data.
  • Using available data to provide fast and accurate responses to ad hoc queries on the performance of our digital channels.
  • Maintaining regular, up to date and highly accurate dashboards and reports.
  • Making and monitoring recommendations for improvements to customer service and sales volumes.
  • Ensuring a data driven approach is at the heart of everything we do

You will have:

  • Previous experience working with digital data and reporting
  • A strong understanding of databases and spreadsheets (a knowledge of SQL is an advantage)
  • Experience within a marketing environment and an awareness of how to develop and measure success.
  • Proficiency using Google Analytics, including data segmentation, e-commerce reporting, and custom reports.
  • A good understanding of KPIs across all digital channels, including SEO, Social, and Email.
  • Exceptional numeracy skills with a good understanding of statistics.
  • Excellent interpersonal and planning skills, able to communicate complex ideas to stakeholders with different levels of understanding
  • An inquisitive nature with strong problem-solving and excellent attention to detail
  • A willingness to learn and flexibility to adapt within a dynamic working environment.
