Gamer Arena is an online competitive esports platform where gamers can match and compete with opponents and teams of their skill level across numerous skill-based gaming titles like FIFA, CS:GO, Head Ball 2, PUBG and more, earn rewards, enter and work their way through the ladder all the way to professional gaming stardom.

In order to expand our team, we are looking for a Backend Engineer to join us on our journey of aiming for the stars!
Requirements:
- Ability to take initiative and get things done
- Living by best practices
- Hands-on experience with Python, Django, and Django Rest Framework
- REST API development experience
- Familiarity with GIT
- An adequate understanding of Docker and containerization
Nice to have:
- Enough frontend familiarity to figure out the REST API requirements
- Experience with AWS services like RDS, Fargate and such
- Adequate English since our motivations are global
- Being open to game with us :)
