We seek a talented and entrepreneurial marketing superstar to take the success and brand equity we have build organically over the last decade and help launch our next growth phase.
You will own inbound lead generation and play a key role in creating and executing marketing and brand strategy for our existing video game metadata and in-development game discovery solution. You are a self starter, comfortable with ambiguity in a dynamic start-up like environment, who can think big while paying attention to the smallest detail.
We expect you to excel equally at the strategic level; generating bold and innovative ideas for growth and at the tactical level; creating/optimizing campaigns, analyzing data and solving problems on the ground. You come with a robust understanding of the marketing funnel and are a strong project manager and leader who can work successfully alone or across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and following up on leads (includes C-level executives from the Game Development/ Publishing, Ad Tech, E-commerce and Market Intelligence industries).
- Developing lead/demand generation strategies that include inbound sales and digital marketing initiatives.
- Initiating and participating in new business pitches with the sales team and owning follow-through.
- Driving marketing strategy and execution.
- Providing consistent, concise and accurate internal and external communications
- Creating marketing and sales collaterals in line with brand, business and product strategy.
- Developing and maintaining strong external relationships and networks.
- Proactively staying abreast of new industry innovations, trends, regulations and competing solutions.
Position Requirements:
- 5-7 years relevant experience and a proven track record in the e-commerce industry or an advertising agency.
- Strong hands-on digital marketing experience.
- Graduate / MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Economics, Advertising, or Computer Science.
- Excellent analytical, organizational and project management skills.
- Start-up experience is a big plus!
