The Role

Gameopedia is looking for a talented and passionate Junior HR executive to help drive our next growth phase. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with end to end recruitment activities: sourcing candidates, creating and posting jobs on various portals, screening CVs, interview management, employee onboarding, etc.
  • Developing effective recruitment strategies.
  • Hosting recruitment events and participating in job fairs.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to identify future staffing needs.
  • Gathering and analyzing data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire & employee turnover rates.
  • Employee engagement and management.
  • Creating and distributing internal communications.
  • Maintaining employee personnel records.
  • Assist in development and implementation of Human Resource policies.
  • Organize quarterly & annual employee performance reviews.
  • Assisting with planning, coordinating, and running company events as needed.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of all HR related business items/documents.
  • Responding to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and providing assistance.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional time-management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Internship in IT recruitment is a big plus.
  • Must be dependable, able to follow instructions and be responsive to feedback.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g. PeopleSoft), Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
  • Must be able to meet multiple individual and team deadlines in a fast paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Must be proactive with the ability to thrive in an environment of ambiguity.
