Job Description

From the beginning of your adventure with us and as a leading member of the Montreal studio’s recruitment team, you will be tasked with targeting and soliciting candidates who have a highly specialized, rare or unique profile helping us on our new projects developments on mobile, PC and console.

Your actions will let Gameloft shine in the local market and you will help make Gameloft a leading studio in the game industry.

You will have the following tasks:

  • Collecting recruitment requirements from various managers
  • Managing the entire recruitment process for each of your projects (collecting requirements, preparing job descriptions with the manager, posting openings online, screening applications, telephone pre-screening, holding interviews, checking references, and presenting job offers)
  • Ensuring high-quality follow-ups with managers on the status of current postings
  • Ensuring a good experience for each of our candidates throughout the entire process
  • Holding onboarding sessions with our new employees, if necessary
  • Identifying and targeting the best candidates through a variety of channels
  • Maintaining a network of candidates
  • Participating in various external recruitment events: school relations, etc.
  • Demonstrating initiative with regard to recruitment best practices
  • Serving as a representative of Gameloft’s recruitment efforts and helping our brand as an employer to stand out through various internal and external events
  • Collaborate with the others Gameloft's studios in the world by sharing our best practices and helping on critical recruitments
  • Working alongside the team on various recruitment projects

Qualifications

  • University training preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience in recruitment in a relevant field, including extensive experience with candidate sourcing / headhunting
  • Experience in the video-game industry is an asset
  • Mastery of techniques for sourcing candidates and of recruitment methods that are proactive and attraction-based
  • Able to work in a creative, dynamic environment
  • Skilled in sales and negotiation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written
  • Organized, thorough and open, with a sense of humour
  • Persistent and dedicated
