## Description

Empower our game development teams by providing reliable IT support and maintaining the technology that keeps game production running smoothly.

- Windows 10/11 & macOS administration;
- Active Directory management;
- Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP);
- Email administration (Outlook, Thunderbird);
- Hardware troubleshooting;
- Remote support tools (RDP, VNC);
- Linux basics;
- PowerShell / Shell / Python scripting;
- Atlassian Confluence & Jira;
- English – Pre-Intermediate.

**What it means on a daily basis**

- Provide technical support for Windows, macOS, hardware and applications;
- Set up workstations and onboard new employees;
- Manage hardware, software licenses and IT inventory;
- Troubleshoot networking, Active Directory and local infrastructure issues;
- Support server room operations (rack management, patch cabling);
- Create scripts, documentation and automation to improve efficiency;
- Work closely with local and global IT teams to resolve technical challenges;
- Recommend and implement technology improvements.
