Job Description
"QA Engineer (Automation QA) will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts for our game, focus in AI-powered and traditional automation testing.
The engineer will work closely with QA and DEV teams, and report to QA vertical as well other relevant stakeholders in the effectivity of the developed script and continuously finding solution for more efficient automation script."
Develop and implement automation test scripts using either AI-powered and / or traditional testing tools tailored for game development.
Collaborate with QA and DEV team to define test strategies and automation requirements.
Leverage machine learning models to enhance automation test coverage, predict failure points, and optimize test execution.
Stay updated on the latest industry standards, tools, and techniques for game automation testing, incorporating them into the existing practices.
Research and implement emerging AI and automation technologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of game testing.
Identify gaps in current testing workflows and drive initiatives for continuous optimization.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experienced in working with various testing frameworks and tools
Excellent knowledge in programming or scripting language : Phyton, knowledge on other languages(Java, Javascript,etc) is a plus
Strong understanding of version control systems like Git and GitHub
Able to plan, make priority, multitasking, and autonomous at work
Great attention to detail, sharp observation / pattern recognition, and analytical thinking.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Ability to think critically and anticipate potential issues before they arise.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams from different countries.
Advanced English skills and high confidence in communicating with peers and stakeholders in English.
Self-motivated, positive attitude, growth mindset, continuously seeking for improvements
Have at least 3 years of experienced as QA Engineer or similar roles.
Highly experienced in creating automation framework using phyton(having expertise in other programming language is a plus)
Experience in creating automation framework for video game is a plus
