Job Description

As Partnerships Project Manager Intern you will learn to manage marketing projects (digital and social programs, game launch and promotional activations, events, eSports competitions) from ideation to execution, working closely and in collaboration with the Special Ops Team in Paris for our main racing game IP, Asphalt.

You will give support to the operational activities, by collaborating with the game team and with our different local markets and subsidiaries for multi-territory implementation. You will also help to deliver every project on time and within the included budget and scope.

You will participate in proposing creative concepts and activation strategies serving the objectives of the teams you work with (Special Ops, Brand Managers, Product Marketing Managers, Production Team, Social Media Managers, Sales Managers, etc.).

Responsibilities:

  • Give support to the production, the execution and approval process with all parties involved in the projects:
    • Production Team: Game Manager, Game Designers, Artists, Programmers, Product Marketing Manager, Game Community Manager.
    • Internal teams and resources: Special Ops, Brand Managers, web dev teams, Local Sales & Marketing Teams.
    • Third-party providers: Event organizers, marketing agencies, etc.
    • Partners: Car manufacturers, brands, phone manufacturers & carriers, licensors, other Vivendi companies, etc.
  • Help develop a detailed plan to track progress and maintain a comprehensive project documentation (including post-mortems).
  • Participate in the development of a wide range of creative concepts and activations (digital, social, experiential…) for our main racing game IP, Asphalt, taking into account the main targets, and marketing or business objectives (revenue, downloads, conversation, awareness, engagement).
  • Learn to monitor and measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques, ensuring to stay in the P&L and profitability objectives.

Qualifications

  • Ongoing studies with the possibility of signing an internship agreement.
  • Pragmatic, with solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking and ability to prioritize.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Perfectly fluent in English – all deliverables are expected in English.
  • Strong ability to analyze and synthesize.
  • Ability to contribute with ideas and bring them to life.
  • True passion for video games, both from an end-user and marketer perspective.
  • Affinity for entertainment and pop culture (music, films, design, style, street culture, emerging trends, etc.).
