Job Description

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

Gameloft is seeking a self-driven and motivated Junior PMO Analyst to join the Infrastructure Services and Online Platform Solutions (ISOPS) PMO team located in Montreal. As a Junior PMO Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work with different teams across ISOPS, to help manage the PMO processes and contribute to various PMO initiatives.

You will report to the ISOPS PMO Manager based in Montreal, and will be working mostly with ISOPS teams’ managers, project managers and Scrum masters in Montreal, Romania and Bulgaria.

ISOPS is immersed in the implementation of Agile practices across all its teams, encouraging and implementing frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe and other methodologies, with this move to Agile being one of the key drivers of ISOPS's transformation.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring that ISOPS teams adhere to the PMO processes and best practices
  • Conducting regular audits of ISOPS's project portfolio, project progress, and deliverables to ensure compliance with ISOPS's standards
  • Contributing to the creation and improvement of ISOPS PMO processes, templates and best practices
  • Organizing and facilitating meetings
  • Drafting and publishing detailed meeting minutes
  • Being responsible for the regular data analytics, report generation and key performance indicators
  • Advocating project-management methodology principles and PMO awareness across the organization
  • Helping to create an annual Training Plan and conducting follow-up sessions with all ISOPS teams
  • Providing administrative support as needed
  • Assisting project teams with one-off tasks if needed and when available

Qualifications

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in business, administration, engineering or a related field
  • 1 year of experience in project management or PMO-related tasks such as project and portfolio management, data analysis, reporting, etc.
  • Thorough understanding of project-management fundamentals, including Agile methodologies

Skills

  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with project managers, project teams, and key project stakeholders
  • Effective communication skills at all levels, across regional boundaries
  • Positive and proactive
  • Well organized and prepared for responsibilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral

Assets

  • Project-management certification (PMP, CSM, PSM, etc.)
  • Experience on information-technology projects (software development, infrastructure, etc.)
  • Interest in gaming
  • Interest in information technology: infrastructure, software development, web, etc.
