The Other Guys specialized in the production of captivating interactive series with the premier launch of Linda Brown, and subsequently the platform Journeys, allowing users to immerse themselves in unique TV-like experiences with other 23 engaging series.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist who will be in charge of put in place the HR department of The Other Guys studio in Buenos Aires.

This person will also prioritize employee retention, working to ensure The Other Guys remains a top employer and also finding top talent.

For this role your main responsibilities will be:

Human Resources:

  • Managing the personnel: onboarding, registration of new hires and registration of employees leaving the nominee, health plan registration, contract signing
  • Follow-up licenses and vacations
  • Sending monthly information to the accountants related to the first two points
  • Organizing 1-1s with employees and team leads in order to maintain a good morale
  • Managing potential human resources issues with employees and working with the managers to help them to find solutions
  • Working on the talent retention program: design, career plan, training etc
  • Organizing events at the studio to help create a sense of community
  • PoA for different areas
  • Managing the Workday platform (ERP)
  • Doing monthly HR reports for our headquarters based in Paris
  • Assisting in audits with all HR matters

Recruitment:

  • Collecting recruitment requirements from various managers
  • Managing the entire recruitment process for each of your projects (preparing job descriptions, posting openings online, screening applications, telephone pre-screening, holding interviews and presenting job offers)
  • Ensuring regular follow-ups with managers to keep them informed
  • Identifying and targeting the best candidates through a variety of channels

Qualifications

  • University training preferred,
  • At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources and / or Recruitment
  • Knowledge of HR / labor laws
  • Excellent abilities on Google Drive, Excel, Office suite
  • Able to work in a creative/dynamic environment
  • Excellent sense of customer service
  • Organized with the ability to provide data driven analysis
  • Diplomatic and solution oriented
  • Fluency in English and Spanish , both spoken and written (knowledge of French would be a plus)
