Qualifications
- 1+ year of working experience within the HR sphere in IT
- Experience with main stages of the employee’s life cycle (onboarding & adaptation, performance reviews, conflict solving, offboarding)
- Intermediate English is a must (verbal and oral)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Result-oriented team player
- Capable to generate ideas and have a great desire to implement new approaches to internal HR processes
Responsibilities:
- Communication and advising of the line managers on any HR-related issues
- Organization and support of such HR services (excluding recruitment) to the teams as performance reviews, feedback sessions, and exit interviews
- Conducting 1:1 meetings with employees and monitoring their satisfaction and potential risks
- Cooperation with HR and Admin team
- Assist managers and employees in conflict management
- Taking part in the development and improvement of HR processes and procedures
