Job Description

The HR PP position presents a great opportunity to take on your career in a worldwide well-known game dev company. This role is completely about the main resource of the company which is our people. Qualifications

  • 1+ year of working experience within the HR sphere in IT
  • Experience with main stages of the employee’s life cycle (onboarding & adaptation, performance reviews, conflict solving, offboarding)
  • Intermediate English is a must (verbal and oral)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Result-oriented team player
  • Capable to generate ideas and have a great desire to implement new approaches to internal HR processes

Responsibilities:

  • Communication and advising of the line managers on any HR-related issues
  • Organization and support of such HR services (excluding recruitment) to the teams as performance reviews, feedback sessions, and exit interviews
  • Conducting 1:1 meetings with employees and monitoring their satisfaction and potential risks
  • Cooperation with HR and Admin team
  • Assist managers and employees in conflict management
  • Taking part in the development and improvement of HR processes and procedures
