Job Description

From the beginning of your journey with us you will:

Join our HR team and support us with a wide range of administrative and operational tasks. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience on different areas of HR and see how a dynamic, people-first company works from the inside.

You’ll work closely with the team on many topics: from maintaining our systems and databases to helping us make sure our people have a smooth, positive experience every day.

Responsibilities:

• Support the management of our time tracking and absence system.
• Collaborate on health and safety (PRL) initiatives.
• Help resolve employees’ HR-related questions and requests.
• Assist in the implementation of our desk booking system.
• Keep our HR databases and tools up to date (Workday, Org Chart, Confluence, etc.).
• Support in HR audits preparation.
• Follow up on mandatory trainings, making sure everyone completes them on time.
• Create and manage internal HR communications using Canva and MailChimp.
• Collaborate on planning small events and employee engagement activities.
• Help our external provider gather documentation for employee and family visa renewals and other HR documentation.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team on projects and day-to-day tasks— we love proactivity!

Qualifications

• You can sign an internship agreement through your university or school.
• You’re studying (or recently graduated in) Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working in English (both written and spoken).
• You enjoy helping others and making processes run smoothly.
• Familiar with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
• Intrigued about technology and open to learning new tools.
• You’re passionate about video games and curious about how the gaming industry works!
