Your role will involve managing the general accounting and ensuring the completion and accuracy of all accounting and tax entries for 3 French entities.

What it means on a daily basis

Accounting:

Record, reconcile and analyse general ledger accounts,
Review and approve supplier invoices.

Treasury:

Manage bank transactions and intercompany related bank operations,
Reconcile banks and handle multi-currency operations.

Tax:

Prepare and file various tax declarations (TVA / CVAE / IS / DAS2…) and reportings for the Banque of France
Prepare the Tax package for 3 entities on Cegid software

Month-end closing : Perform monthly closing activities and reportings independently for 3 French entities.

Procedure: Participate to the improvement of accounting and operational procedures.

Bachelor/Masters degree in Accounting,
5 years of experience in accounting,
Knowledge of an ERP system and proficiency in Excel,
Advanced level in English mandatory with prior experience in an international environment.
