WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON

Main challenge

As an ERP Product Manager, You’ll define and drive the evolution of our Workday ecosystem, ensuringseamless integration between HR and Finance and delivering solutions that create tangible business value.

What it means on a daily basis

  • Workday Governance & Strategy : Define and oversee the Workday roadmap, governance model, andproject priorities aligned with business objectives.
  • Process Optimization & Integration : Drive continuous improvement and ensure seamless integrationbetween HR and Finance processes.
  • Project & Operations Management : Lead Workday projects and enhancements, managing scope,resources, budgets, timelines, and risks.
  • Team & Vendor Leadership : Build and develop a high-performing team and manage relationships withWorkday and external partners.
  • Stakeholder Communication & Change Management : Partner with executives and key stakeholders to align initiatives, communicate progress, and lead change management efforts.

Who you will be working with

You will assist our Director of Corporate Systems Department and work together with internal teams and external partners .

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED 

  • Work experience in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle); familiarity with Workday is a strong plus.
  • Leadership: At least 3 years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Process Improvement: Proven track record in optimizing and integrating HR or Finance processes and systems.
  • Executive Communication: Skilled in engaging with senior leadership and translating complex concepts into clear, actionable insights.
