As part of the Disney Dreamlight Valley Marketing department, and reporting to the Marketing Lead, you will be in charge of coordinating various marketing projects. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate across various marketing departments, as well as product and creative departments, to help bring a wide variety of campaigns to life!

Responsibilities 

From the beginning of your adventure with us, you will be tasked with:

  • Collaborating with our internal creative agency to brief, provide feedback, and coordinate the delivery of marketing assets on-time and on-quality
  • Planning and executing community-oriented live-action recordings to support marketing rollout
  • Liaising with production to sync asset production calendars with game production calendars
  • Overseeing approvals with licensors to ensure qualitative and on-time asset deliveries
  • Coordinating with Gameloft's marketing support teams, such as Localization, in the asset-production process, including resizing and sending assets to internal teams
  • Helping with the creation of marketing messaging, blogs, scripts, and other written content
  • Coordinating asset delivery with external partners in a timely and professional manner (Nintendo, Xbox, PlayStation, etc.)
  • Taking ownership of store product page submissions, including store listings, news, and blogs
  • Carrying out projects with the web development team to deploy campaigns on web and CRM platforms
  • Coordinating product page improvements alongside PMMs and the ASO team
  • Providing support with purchasing and legal requests
  • Coordinating marketing calendars with community management, public relations, user acquisition, and influence teams
  • Proactively maintaining and organizing documentation

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years' experience in consumer marketing in the video game or entertainment industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or Project Management
  • Excellent organizational skills with an eye for details
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proven ability to work in an Agile and dynamic working environment
  • Strong presentation and bilingual writing skills (French and English). This role involves frequent interactions with the licensor, preparing presentations for various internal and external stakeholders, as well as writing marketing copy and store pages.
  • Able to work with a wide range of teams, including business, game design, and artists
  • Knowledge of, and passion for, video games and entertainment in general
