Job Purpose

Assist the Business Operations Director & Managers in the daily coordination, tracking, and follow-up of partnership projects and business opportunities. Support the analysis of ecosystems, opportunities, and strategies with partners while ensuring effective communication and alignment between departments across time zones. 

  • Support the Business Operations Director & Managers in coordinating ongoing projects (including but not limited to operational services, business opportunities, visibility with partners, and catalog placements) to ensure smooth execution and high-quality delivery of all commitments.
  • Act as a liaison with local studios in the SEA time zone, ensuring day-to-day alignment on priorities, deliverables, and project status. 

Principal Accountabilities

1. Project Management & Support:

  • Assist in following up with departments (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Production, etc) to gather updates and consolidate project status.
  • Help maintain progress tracking tools (e.g., Trello or others) with real-time updates.
  • Support preparation of project documentation, meeting notes, and status reports.
  • Coordinate tasks and deliverables under the guidance of the Business Operation Director.
  • Escalate issues or delays to the Business Operations Director / Manager and propose basic solutions when possible.

2. Reporting & Documentation:

  • Prepare draft reports and presentations for internal and partner meetings.
  • Support tracking of KPIs, costs, and deliverables under the supervision of the Business Operation Director / Manager in a form of dashboards
  • Document processes, updates, and lessons learned for future reference. 

3. Partner & Internal Communication:

  • Help prepare partner communication materials (memos, recap slides, follow-up emails).
  • Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders by consolidating information.
  • Act as a supportive contact for operational questions when the Business Operation Director is unavailable. 

Job Requirements

1. Knowledge:

  • Proficiency in Google/ Microsoft Office Suite (especially Sheets, Slides, and Docs).
  • Basic understanding of P&L concepts, costs, and margin tracking (even at a learning stage).
  • Experience or comfort with project tracking tools (e.g., Trello, Jira, etc).
  • Familiarity with the gaming production ecosystem

2. Skills:

  • Service-Oriented Mindset: Naturally supportive, anticipates needs, and takes initiative to make the Director’s workflow smoother.
  • Adaptability: Works effectively across multiple time zones and cultures (especially SEA-based teams).
  • Confidentiality & Professionalism: Handles sensitive information responsibly.
  • Communication: Clear and structured written and verbal communication, able to summarize complex information effectively.
  • Analytical Thinking: Comfortable with data, reports, and performance indicators; able to identify trends or potential issues.
  • Problem Solving: Proactive in identifying bottlenecks and proposing simple, practical solutions.
