We’re looking for an AI-Assisted Art Pipeline Specialist to help shape how our art teams use AI to create, explore, and deliver amazing visuals faster and smarter.
You’ll act as the link between artists, production, and technology teams, coordinating initiatives that bring AI into real workflows — without disrupting creativity.
Your focus is on practical adoption, helping teams test tools, organize pilots, share results, and turn experiments into everyday processes.
This is a creative-tech coordination role: you don’t need to be a programmer or a data scientist, just someone who understands both the art side and how AI tools can make it better.
Responsibilities:
AI Integration & Coordination
- Help studios adopt and integrate AI tools for concept art, textures, and visual content generation.
- Coordinate pilot projects, collect feedback, and share learnings across teams.
- Work closely with artists, art directors, and technical artists to identify where AI can truly help — and where it shouldn’t.
- Maintain visibility on AI tool usage, standards, and results across projects.
Workflow & Process Development
- Map and document art creation workflows, highlighting steps where AI could improve speed or flexibility.
- Support teams in defining repeatable, efficient AI-assisted processes that fit production realities.
- Collaborate with central tech and production leads to align AI tool adoption with project priorities.
Knowledge Sharing & Enablement
- Prepare and maintain guidelines, quick-start docs, and internal showcases of AI workflows.
- Organize internal demos, training sessions, and creative workshops to help teams get comfortable with new tools.
- Keep an eye on new AI trends and tools, evaluate them, and share relevant insights internally.
About You
- Background in art, game development, or creative production (artist, technical artist, or producer profile welcome).
- Solid understanding of art workflows (concepting, modeling, texturing, lighting, or related areas).
- Hands-on experience with ComfyUI for creating or refining AI-assisted visuals.
- Familiarity with common creative tools such as Photoshop, Blender, Substance, Houdini, or Unreal Engine.
- Experience or strong curiosity about AI-assisted art tools like Nano Banana, Midjourney, Runway, or ComfyUI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A curious mindset and genuine interest in bridging art and technology.
You’ll Excel In This Role If You…
- Are a creative problem solver who loves experimenting with new tools.
- Can connect the dots between artists’ needs and technical possibilities.
- Enjoy helping others learn, adapt, and get the most from new workflows.
- See AI as a way to enhance artistic talent, not replace it.
