Your role in the team
- As a Product Manager in our team you will be defining the features and changes to reach the product goals (product, loops, potential scalability).
- You understand the KPIs that will drive the growth of the game in the near future and will help organize and prioritize features that need to be built and tested first in close collaboration with game design and production.
- You will be increasing performance by optimizing existing content and align with the team around the roadmap
- You will work closely with the Design team to define data points and help with risk management.
You will also:
- Drive the Data Analysis of similar game categories/competitors and understand potential in audience and revenue reach
- Research and correlate affinity with other games and mechanics to identify potential game features
- Help validating core assumptions by designing features, tests and builds together with design and production.
- Help constructing fundamental dashboards for measurement
- Help defining threshold values for metrics like retention, ARPDAU, sessions, session length and others.
- Help crafting a long term product framework with design and production
- Monitor competition and market development
What success in this role looks like
- When you’re running a comprehensive long term strategic plan to grow the game
- When there is an overview of prioritized ideas for future releases with clear goals
- When you successfully integrated key learnings from earlier releases into new features
- When you helped build a process for actionable analytics and help game design on how to implement changes
- When you created a process for constant releasing and A/B testing together with Production, Game Design and the back-end engineering team

Why you're awesome
- You have 3+ years of Product Management experience having final responsibility of the performance of one or multiple free-to-play games
- You’re naturally curious, and you act on your curiosity
- You have clear understanding of the lifecycle of a F2P product from design all the way to releases, their features, impact, and you’ve initiated successful product improvements based on data.
- You have advanced expertise of in-game economies and how to balance gameplay
- You feel comfortable taking initiative and are not afraid of stepping out of your comfort zone / direct responsibility to get things done.
- You have excellent English communication skills (written & spoken): You can make yourself understood all the time regardless of the complexity of the topic.
Nice to have
- You’re well-versed in SQL and spreadsheets, and feel comfortable working on advanced data analysis
