(Closed) Social TikTok Content Producer

G2 is looking for a Social TikTok Content Producer to lead and execute our content strategy and produce and develop video content with a specific focus on growing the G2 TikTok channel. The role involves, but is not limited to; ideating, capturing and editing content for the G2 TikTok channel. We expect you to be creative, innovative, proactive, have significant experience as a TikTok user and creator, either for your personal brand or for an organization. This is a full time position based in our headquarters in Berlin. You will directly report to the Production Lead.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute our TikTok strategy, creating highly engaging content to establish and grow our channel
• Establish and maintain our TikTok content plan
• Work cross-functionally with the Marketing, Esports, Entertainment and Commercial teams
• Ideate, film, produce, edit and post daily content to our TikTok and IG channels
• Manage our TikTok community, responding and engaging with comments and questions
• Report on TikTok performance and metrics to the marketing team and wider company
• Support content and media teams on events and on productions when required

Requirements:

Must have:

• Experience creating highly engaging TikTok content, and growing an account with a significant global following - Proven track record appreciated
• A passion for esports and an understanding of the meme culture that comes with it
• Extensive experience conceptualizing, filming and editing TikToks / Reels.
• Have a strong pulse on the latest TikTok trends, music and hashtags
• Not camera shy and comfortable in front of and behind the camera
• Self-confident and have a great sense of humor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication in English. Additional languages are a plus.
• Currently residing in or able to relocate to Berlin.

Nice to have:

• Experience working with influencers / celebrities
• Understanding of KPIs and social metrics
• Experience working with an esports community, team, organization or similar.
