G2 Esports is looking for a HR Generalist to manage the successful execution of G2’s recruitment process as well as ensure the administrative human resources operations of the Gaming Department.
You will be part of the administrative family that forms the backbone of the organisation. In this role, you will focus on the G2 Army, be that existing Samurai or new positions that we are looking to fill. You will be the person that will help us thrive in our ongoing expansion. Your contributions will ensure a positive work environment and smooth day-to-day processes.
The role as HR Generalist will be located in our HQ in Berlin, Germany.
Responsibilities
- Recruiting
- Compensations and Benefits (pension plans etc)
- On-off/boarding
- Visa / work permit (possibly in cooperation with external consultants)
- Administrative questions from colleagues
- Support for reports and presentations
- Contract & Payroll Support for Head of Human Resources in daily business (Spreadsheets, Tracking etc.)
- Support with PO related tasks (Reimbursement clarifications, etc.)
Requirements
- BSc/BA or MA in Human Resources, Management or a related field is preferred
- 1 – 3 years relevant experience (preferably in recruitment)
- Strong communication skills
- Good time management and reliable execution of all committed tasks
- Strong team player with cooperative thinking and accuracy of all data gathered
- English (C2) and German (C1+) preferred
