G-pprentice is a new application that will be available on iOS and Android that allows gamers to easily connect with coaches. The coaches will vary anywhere from first-time tutors to eSport champions. Our goal is to find coaches looking to spread their passion of gaming through teaching.

Summary:

G-pprentice is looking for coaches of all skill levels to help those of lesser skill reach their goal for any game. Responsibilities will include:

• Assist in setting up students with remote services such as Discord or Twitch to facilitate remote coaching
• Recommend hardware, programs, settings, etc. based on the game and gaming platform
• Come up with formal lesson plans customized to the student's games, skills, and goals
• Form practice plans for "homework" to allow student to sharpen needed skills
• View live play and recorded game play and give feedback on play
• Act as an ambassador for the platform to spread the passion of gaming to all
• Work during non-scheduled time to prepare for scheduled coaching sessions

The successful candidate will have a passion for gaming and teaching. Scheduling will be based on what works for the coaches and students and work is completely remote.

Skills and Education Required:

• Prior coaching or organized tournament experience preferred
• Brand ambassador experience preferred
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to break difficult concepts into easy to understand pieces
• In-depth knowledge of PC, Console, or Mobile gaming software and hardware
• No degree required

• Access to internet, gaming platform, and game that you are teaching
• Availability during nights and weekends
