What you’ll do
For this role you’ll be managing your part of the G-Loot product, as well as communicating towards stakeholders and the rest of the organisation. Your team will be cross-functional, involved in solving problems end-to-end. Together with your squad, you will ensure that you’re all working towards the right priorities.
Key responsibilities are:
- Owning the product and direction of the team
- Ensuring the product follows the set vision for G-Loot
- Roadmap & Backlog management
- Communication with stakeholders and the wider organisation
- Working towards set KPIs
- Organizing the team, and structuring the tasks
Who we believe you are
First off, we believe that you are a person that understands the value of Esports. We need someone who believes in our product, that can help shape the vision and future of G-Loot. You are a people person that identifies with “there is no “I” in team”. You don’t have a problem with taking ownership in what you are doing, and also don’t have any issues with getting things done! This role might be strategic, but you are working as part of the team - and we believe that requires involvement. Last but not least, you're a passionate gamer!
Please note this position is located in Stockholm, Sweden - we will not be able to provide a visa or travel re-location for this role.
Required experience:
- You have a technical understanding of the different processes involved in development
- Experienced with methods like Kanban and Scrum
- Well-versed in project management tools such as Jira
- You are a person who believes that Data is king!
It’s a plus if you have:
- Domain knowledge within Esports
- A background within the gaming industry
- Worked with a similar tech organization or a fast paced start-up
