G FUEL is looking for a talented, highly organized and detail oriented self-starter to join our warehouse management team. Job responsibilities include:

  • Monitor all the receiving, delivery and inventory functions
  • Manage inventory thresholds to alert purchasing for new order placements
  • Analyze the company inventory for costs and turnover while managing the customer and vendor returns (merchandise controls), and quality of product being received/delivered
  • Ensure that all deliveries are made to our customers in a timely and cost efficient manner while all inbound shipments are properly assigned to correct bin locations
  • Manage the correct order pulling and timely delivery of product to our customers.
  • Coordinate the most efficient and cost effective manner to ship product to customers and divisions through our trucks/common carriers
  • Be responsible for the timely disposition of all merchandise controls and return goods authorization items with the purchasing department and vendors
  • Ensure the accuracy of all shipping documentation
  • Verification of inbound/outbound paperwork

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years experience in Operations Management or related field preferred
  • Expertise in Quickbooks
  • Data entry experience and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) proficiency
  • Expansive knowledge of warehouse, supply chain management and logistic programs/concepts
  • Organization and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask to meet various deadlines
  • Must provide own transportation to/from work
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.
