Your role

As part of the team in Barcelona, you will be giving support to the team in Beijing and Leading the Growth branding team in West Markets.

The team that is constantly trying to bring into a whole new level, campaigns to promote our highly popular games and Products that are coming soon. You will help grow the brand of our games while formulating and executing strategies to acquire new users in the main Western Markets.

You need to be highly analytical, results-oriented and highly proactive to adjust to the new market trends.

Furthermore, you will partner closely with individuals across many departments in the organization, while working in a fast-paced company in a constantly changing environment.

You will be reporting to VP of Western Operation/ General Manager in Barcelona.

Your Responsibilities

  • Responsible to create marketing strategies for top FunPlus Games such as State of Survival, Gun of Glory, King of Avalon, Call of Antia and more.
  • Develop marketing channels and optimization of its performance as example TV, KOL marketing, Alternative Stores…
  • Lead the execution of the Go to Market Plans (GTMP) and track performance on the agreed growth OKRs
  • Oversee all different areas of the Growth/Branding team including, Influencer Marketing, Linear TV campaigns and OTT(Over-the-top), ASO (App Store Optimization), Cross-promotion, Celebrity endorsements, and New User Acquisition channels, from the initial plan to the analysis and results reporting
  • Operate the strategic partnership and a close relationship with the external stakeholders to optimize the execution of the campaigns
  • Presenting plans and strategies to for internal and external use, to ensure time optimization, team alignment and a clear communication across all the stakeholders

Your Qualities

  • 10+ year experience in digital advertising and social marketing in gaming industry. Proven expertise of at least 3+ years in a similar role.

  • High understanding of the main mobile gaming KPIs.
  • Results oriented and understanding business goals.
  • Knowledge and focus on marketing analytics and ROI.
  • Strong analytical skills and able to set measurable goals.
  • Creativity and capability of working with a team to come up with great ideas.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in English
  • Strong Excel / Google Spreadsheet skills.
