We're looking for a creative and analytical **Growth Specialist** who is eager to make a difference in the dynamic world of mobile gaming marketing.

**Desired Skills and Experience:**

- Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative thinking ability with a passion for mobile gaming industry
- Eager to work in a fast-paced environment

**What you will do:**

- Optimize user acquisition campaigns of our products to ensure efficient use of marketing budget.
- Developing and implementing monetization strategies for our mobile games.
- Following up-to-date trends and creating a mindset to develop marketing creative schemes.
- Working closely with the creative team to help them produce new key creatives and monitoring the test results.
- Provide insightful analysis of our UA spend and its results.
- Manage the relations with ad network partners such as Google and Facebook to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct A/B testing and implement new approaches based on the results.
