Frontier Developments are the studio behind Jurassic World Evolution, Elite Dangerous, Planet Coaster and Planet Zoo. We are Britain’s biggest independent publisher and developer of videogames, based among the world-leading technology cluster in the historic city of Cambridge, England.

We are looking for an HR Administrator to join our fantastic HR team here at Frontier. The role will support the HR department with a varied range of administrative tasks, and will play an active role in the on-boarding of new starters. You will be joining a friendly and passionate team, in a role that will provide great development opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide an excellent first-line support service to our staff as their first point of contact for general HR and system related queries
  • Escalate queries to the team where applicable
  • Undertake general administration to include absence, annual leave, benefit and probation periods
  • Maintain and update employee files
  • Respond to reference and employment requests
  • Administer all new starter paperwork including drafting contracts, pre-employment checks and references
  • Liaising with new starters regarding remote onboarding and their equipment
  • Support the team with employee benefit programmes such as Dr Bike, Meditation, Yoga and other groups and clubs
  • Support with diary management for L&D events and new starters
  • Support managers with logging sickness for their teams
  • Provide employee address updates to the payroll team
  • General copying and filing of documents
  • Support the HR team where needed
  • Support to keep the company intranet up to date with HR announcements.
