Your mission

  • Preparation of employment contracts, supplementary agreements, certificates and references, etc.
  • Responsible for the independent and timely preparation of the monthly payroll
  • Entering and maintaining HR data and other payroll-relevant data
  • Correspondence and communication with the tax offices, health insurance companies, social security institutions and other authorities
  • First contact person for employees and executives in salary, tax and social security issues
  • Maintenance of personnel data and management of analogue and digital personnel files
  • Support in the on- and offboarding processes
  • Participation in projects related to HR work

Your profile

  • A university degree or completed commercial training, ideally with additional training in the field of payroll accounting
  • You have at least 3 years of professional working experience as HR generalist and in payroll accounting
  • Profound knowledge of labor, income tax and social security law
  • Experience with payroll system DATEV is a plus
  • High sense of responsibility and trustworthiness
  • Precise and independent working method
  • A pronounced service orientation and team player qualities
  • You have very good communication skills and can easily connect with stakeholders at different levels
  • You are fluent in German and English, additional languages are a plus
