YOUR MISSION

Project planning, calculation, organisation, implementation, monitoring & execution
Coordination with all departments & trades on the project
Preparation of offers, tenders & budgets
Personnel / freelancer planning
Studio & technical booking
Negotiations with external service providers
Reviewing contracts and conducting contract negotiations
Preparation of risk assessments
Monitoring compliance with legal regulations, occupational health and safety & working hours

YOUR PROFILE

Relevant professional experience as production manager or comparable position (preferably TV/streaming and/or esport/gaming)
Extensive knowledge of the TV & digital market
Strong communication skills, empathy, confident manner, high motivation, ability to work in a team and own initiative
Analytical, conceptual and problem-solving thinking
Structured, independent way of working
Strong organisational and coordination skills
Time flexibility, ability to work under pressure, reliability & willingness to travel
Basic knowledge of contract law & occupational health and safety
Business fluent in English. German skills are advantageous
Confident knowledge of Microsoft and Google products
Jira knowledge is advantageous
