YOUR MISSION

We are looking for dedicated support for our production team in the Berlin area. Together we work on the biggest productions in the League of Legends universe. The focus of this role will be on our client productions and sometimes on event productions in Germany & Europe.

Support project planning, calculation, organisation, implementation, monitoring & execution
Coordination with all departments & trades on the project
Preparation of offers, tenders & budgets
Management & Coordination of travels, offices, badges & contracts
Coordination of logistics, deliveries & shipping

YOUR PROFILE

Relevant professional experience as production assistant or comparable position (preferably TV/streaming and/or esports/gaming)
Strong communication skills, empathy, confident manner, high motivation, ability to work in a team and own initiative
Structured, independent way of working
Strong organisational and coordination skills
Time flexibility, ability to work under pressure, reliability & willingness to travel
Business fluent in English. German skills are a plus
Confident knowledge of Microsoft and Google is advantageous
Jira knowledge is advantageous
Knowledge of esports, gaming & Riot Games products is advantageous
