The Marketing Manager at Frameplay is someone who can demonstrate experience in B2B Digital Advertising Sales & Marketing creative and can showcase Frameplay’s intrinsic in-game advertising capabilities to both Advertisers and Game Developers in a visually engaging, consistent approach. The Marketing Manager – B2B is responsible for leading and contributing to projects that drive revenue growth. The Marketing Manager – B2B will report directly to the CSOO of Frameplay and be responsible for the development and management of broad-based B2B marketing programs, both implementation and results. This person will manage marketing efforts for brand position and awareness, with the goal to drive grand engagement and consideration, ultimately sales. They will manage lead generation, web site updates/development and content curation/creation, and sales collateral. This high-impact role will work across functions to optimize business outcomes.
Initially, this is an individual contributor role with no supervisory responsibilities but may grow to oversee internal and external B2B marketing team mates and agency. Thus, an upward career path is available for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Frameplay’s CSOO in executing the company’s B2B marketing strategy and programs (internal/external branding, lead generation, advertising/sponsorships, events, digital marketing) in order to support the company’s business objectives. Focused on acquiring and retaining new advertising customers and video game developers through the management of all online and offline marketing programs.
This position requires a candidate with a blend of strategy, technical, creative, analytic and project management expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee Frameplay’s marketing B2B Advertisers and Game Developers plan and execution
- Develop and execute B2B marketing plans that may include: development of leadership positioning content, product showcase and customer case studies to be distributed in social media, email outreach, lead nurturing, sales collateral, partnership collateral, PPC, SEO/SEM, digital advertising, webinars, content syndication, channel marketing, website updates and analytics.
- Develop and oversee annual conference calendar, sponsorship opportunities and speaking applications
- Ensure consistency in the messaging, branding, content, and look-and-feel of all internal and external communications and marketing materials—coordinating and socializing with content, creative, sales and broader organization
- Perform industry and competitive analysis to inform the sales process and help positioning and messaging
- Provide short and long term market trends to assist business development in the acquisition of B2B clients
- Perform ongoing tracking and reporting on B2B marketing initiatives
Qualifications/Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years marketing experience required; a minimum of 2 years of experience directly managing B2B Digital Marketing programs
- B2B Advertising Sales a significant plus, knowledge of the in-game advertising industry also a plus
- Proven ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results. Case studies required for interview process.
- Proven track record managing marketing pipeline generation, including managing campaigns from concept to ROI analysis
- Excellent communication skills – strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical skills; including experience reviewing performance results and making recommendations for future actions
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects, ability to meet deadlines, and strong attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills in MS Office including Word and Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proven experience with Google Analytics, Website and CRM Analytics
- Analytical Minded: Google Ad Word certified a plus, Experience with Salesforce, ActiveCampaign or other CRM systems to nurture, track and report on lead conversions a plus, Email, database, and digital marketing experience
