Your chance:

You have a background in Sales and are passionate about Gaming and Esports? You are customer and service-oriented and always find the perfect formula for sales and advertisement solutions? Then you might be the perfect fit for our position as Sales Manager at Fragster.

In this position you are responsible for the development and monitoring of business relationships with important customers, advertisers, influencers, agencies and brands. In close cooperation with customers and our own departments you work out comprehensive marketing and advertisement solutions and thus generate revenue through creative and strategic sales.

Your responsibilities:

  • realization of revenue through active and strategic sales

  • identification of marketing opportunities for advertisement spaces

  • determining of business needs and comprehensive sales solutions

  • cross-functional cooperation with internal departments to:

  • identify goals and needs for future advertisements

  • development and implementation of strategic solutions for advertisements

  • active networking and acquisition of new business partners and opportunities

  • development and maintenance of a strong pipeline for existing and potential customers, advertisers, influencers, agencies and brands

  • maximisation and protection of business relationships on a strategic level and opportunities for growth with important customers within a list of leads

  • contribute to the revenue goals

What we expect:

  • passion for Esports and the hunger for more!

  • minimum of two years of professional experience in sales, logistics, enterprise, project management or respective experience

  • highly developed presentation skills and soft skills

  • exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • fluent German and English in speech and writing

  • team skills and willingness to travel

  • knowledge of IT, project management, word, excel, outlook and powerpoint
