We are now looking for a Product Content Specialist to Fractal Designs headquarters in Gothenburg.
If you are a gamer yourself maybe you have heard of Fractal Design. If not; Fractal Design is a leading PC gaming hardware provider with offices in Sweden, USA and Taiwan. And boy do they provide – all over the world in over 45 countries! Their main product areas are computer cases, power supplies and related accessories. Right now they are expanding and are hiring several new members, among them a Product Content Specialist.
Your role
As the Product Content Specialist you will manage the product content used at different marketing touch points, such as the company website, apps and at resellers. A big part of the job is to administrate texts and images at Amazon – you are the one who keeps it updated and fresh. Here is a few more things of what you are going to do at Fractal Design:
- Collaborate with Product Development and Supply Chain Management to keep Product Information Database (PID) up to date
- Administration of product information and A+ content at resellers
- Manage translations of PID content
- Support the immediate supervisor to achieve the company’s overall strategy and financial goals
- Develop and streamline areas of responsibility as well as other tasks in the department and the company
Personal qualities
When talking about sports with you, it is probably more like e-sports. We believe you have a natural interest in tech and you are a selfdriven kind of person. Maybe you know who Linus is and you most definitely know what PUBG is – perhaps because you are a gamer yourself or simply because you have not been living under a rock without internet connection for the past 10 years. You feel comfortable managing and sorting a lot of data at the same time, and have no problem switching between tasks. Furthermore you are structured and accurate and deliver results within a given time frame.
Your background
- Work experience as a webbmaster or in a similar support role
- Excellent spoken and written English You feel comfortable writing
The position is a permanent employment with a six month trial period. Office location: Gothenburg.
