Forward Gaming is a New York based professional esports organization with one of the best teams on Dota 2 competitive scene.

We are looking for an exceptional Graphic Designer to help us define the visual side of Forward Gaming digital channels.

Responsibilities:

• Design and produce branded marketing materials for both digital and print solutions
• Provide graphics support for social, marketing and product teams within the company
• Maintain style guide for consistency in branding across all digital channels and offline materials
• Develop and maintain an organized, searchable and easily accessible archive for all artwork and supporting materials
• Keep current with emerging digital trends and share innovations with the team
  

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in graphic design
• Strong understanding of digital content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud products
• Excellent illustration skills, deep understanding of composition and color theory
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and Google Docs
• Outstanding talent for multitasking and self-organization
• Self-motivation and strong initiative
• Fluent in English
  

Pluses:

• Bachelor’s degree in Arts
• Passion for esports and familiarity with gaming culture
• Fluency in Russian or Chinese
