Forward Gaming is a New York based professional esports organization with one of the best teams on Dota 2 competitive scene.

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Lead to drive Forward Gaming partnerships sales, support and develop our partnering campaigns around the world.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic approach to partnerships sales in NA and other regions based on marketplace conditions and trends
  • Manage business relationships with current and potential company’s partners
  • Develop team’s and players’ partnership/sponsorship packages
  • Generate and maintain sales pipeline
  • Grow esports market insight to ensure our service standards meet client’s expectations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline
  • A minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in media rights sales, advertising sales or related field
  • Extensive track record executing and managing media rights deals with industry partners in the Entertainment industry or similar field
  • Proven successful experience working with executive clients and ability to negotiate with senior level partners
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Outstanding talent for multitasking and ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables at once
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, Google Docs and similar platforms

Pluses:

  • Passion for esports is a solid plus
  • Fluency in Russian or Chinese
  • Agile/Scrum certificate
