We are seeking a Senior 2D/3D Artist to join our team developing high-end mobile social games. In this role you use your passion for creating high quality 2D and 3D art to make our games stand out from the rest.
You love turning the ordinary into the extraordinary, by crafting a fantasy that draws players in and immerses them. Though you have your personal preferences, you naturally adopt various art styles for different products and target audiences. As a key member of the development team, you are a source of inspiration and motivation by sharing your work and helping everyone visualize the end product. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define the game's art style by creating 2D/3D visual concepts, references, mood boards
- Create in-game art assets from characters and backgrounds to UI panels and icons
- Research and signal opportunities to improve our visual output
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 3+ years of experience in a creative game development team
- Expert understanding of artistic base principles such as shape, color, contrast
- Advanced knowledge of 2D/3D content creation software (Photoshop, Maya)
- Fluent verbal and written English
BONUS SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Experience with 2D animation tools like Spine
- Good sense of what makes social games work
- Experience with Phaser, HTML 5, Unreal Engine
