As Facilities & Culture Coordinator at Fnatic, you’ll be the friendly face to greet visitors to our amazing HQ in Shoreditch and a key support across our People & Culture function. Our office is a creative, buzzy place; and we need someone with the same level of energy to make it an even better place for our guests and staff alike.

You’ll support the overall management of the office and other London facilities as well as own important administrative tasks, working closely with People & Culture colleagues to support our goal of making Fnatic a recognised employer of choice in London. You’ll also help share how great our office is with the world, gathering content to paint the picture of life at Fnatic externally. The perfect candidate is someone with ****incredible attention to detail, from being across all of our supply levels, to noticing browning of office plants and chairs out of place in meeting rooms, and typos in documents.

Your mission is to:

  • Manage Fnatic’s front of house/reception, creating a memorable first impression for all visitors of Fnatic and our culture
  • Own the booking calendars for meeting rooms, streaming studio and other owned spaces, as well as ensuring they are always functional and ready for use
  • Monitor office supplies and consumable levels, and execute regular orders
  • Keep kitchen, bar and storeroom areas clean, organised and appropriately stocked
  • Ensure co-working users are satisfied and facilities up to scratch
  • Manage mail and other deliveries, as well as collections from the office
  • Manage product sample display, ordering and distribution
  • Monitor our intercom/entry system, ensuring access is granted appropriately and the office is kept secure
  • Support onboarding processes, looking after provision of IT equipment to employees and maintaining our asset register
  • Help manage other Fnatic properties (such as our London flats) from occupancy management through to repairs/maintenance and landlord communication
  • Assist with office based event preparation and coordination on the day
  • Gather content for employer branding initiatives
  • Support people operations administration, such as reference and visa letter generation
  • Ensure we offer a great candidate experience when prospective employees come for interview, and support talent acquisition administration
  • Conduct research as required for new suppliers, initiatives and events


We’re looking for:

  • Previous office based work experience and exposure to administrative tasks
  • Incredible organisation, and ability to handle multiple tasks with ease
  • Passion for social media and knowledge of latest trends
  • Someone smart; with a strong academic record
  • A creative mindset, with an eye for office improvements and initiatives
  • Tech savviness, with exposure to the Google and Microsoft suites and photo/video editing tools desirable
  • A flexible approach and willingness to get shit done
  • A high standard of personal presentation
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English (additional languages desirable)
